A one day practical course covering upper limb (shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand); lower limb (knee, ankle and foot); and spinal (thoracic and lumbar spine) taping techniques.

• Learn about the various uses of taping for acute injury management, injury prevention and also feedback and how these may differ for certain patient groups and injuries.
• Learn about taping products as well as contraindications and precautions with taping.
