Daniel Vart
BSc Sports Science

Daniel graduated with a BSC in sports science from Australia in 1999 and has worked in the health and fitness industry both in the U.K and Hong Kong since. Daniel specializes in stretch therapy (A.I.S), postural conditioning, personal training, muscle balancing and sports massage. He has experience in working with elite athletes but more importantly, he has gained most of his experience working with people like you and I.

Dan recently completed his formal Clinical Pilates training.
