Michael Guthrie

Michael joins Physiocentral from the U.S with over 5 years experience in bodywork modalities for pain management which include sports massage, deep tissue massage, connective tissue work (Myofascial release) and postural conditioning with Active Isolated Stretching (A.I.S). Michael is a former competitive athlete in American football and free style wrestling and has worked with athletes from a variety of sports which include baseball, tennis, rugby, swimming, triathlons, marathons and golf. He believes that preventative programs are a necessary part of any active life style to prevent potential injuries from occurring.
